New Headset

I need a new headset for gaming my last one well broke because it was falling very fast in the direction  of a wall after i got mad at them but that is beside the point right now i am looking at getting the  Superlux HD668B and a mod mic to replace it but i can be persuaded if you have a better option (i would like to keep it under $100)

Just get a Logitech G430 Gaming Headset lol. for $60AUD it has 7.1 Surround and a decent mic for GAMING.

do you have them now i am just wondering how good is the well sound quality when it comes to music

but thanks for the suggestion i will consider it but i think if i am going for a gaming headset i will get the hyperx cloud i have only heard good things about them

Hyperx cloud or cloud core is a great option, the most common complaint is of the cloud 2s and its crap usb soundcard. Hyperx clouds are the most well regarded gaming headsets anywhere. But the better option is the mod mic route

I'd say you look for second opinions or read reviews for this suggestion, there ain't much info on them

That is horrendous advice. OP would be better off with HD668s and a desktop mic or modmic.

Superlux headphones beat any "gaming" headsets under $100 easily. Of course with $100 you might be able to find something a bit better like Sennheiser 518 or Philips SHP9500.

LOL gaming headset best value ever, so nice sound much quality JK, they are the worst.
HD 518, SHP9500 and the HD 668 are way better than a "gaming" headset.
I would also like to recommend the Audio-Technica ATH AD500X, they don't have that much bass at all, but they are great for gaming.
