They're a grey market. It's against EULA/TOS to use them, but not technically illegal. Also the keys you're getting, even if you ignore the chance for MSDN keys or keys bought with stolen credit cards, are out-of-region pricing, which is something I view as morally unethical. I've made several posts on this topic, but basically it's like someone getting a meal at a soup kitchen, then instead of consuming it themselves, they sell it to you for pennies. Yeah G2A is only a marketplace, but they facilitate these grey market transactions.

ill not use them then, i had no idea. I thought they just bought the games in bulk at a cheaper price than usual and sold them individualy. I dont want to risk anything if it goes against the EULA/TOS. Thanks for letting me know.

Dont listen to the whiny fairytales.

You can buy and use the Keys. Its not against any EULA and its not illegal in any way.

Here is what I got from them this time. It's a little different from the reply I got the first time but it basically says the same thing.

Dear Valued customer,
You have reached Microsoft Customer Service, South East Asia. My name is Rizky and I would address your enquiry. As I understand it, you have inquiry for Microsoft Windows 8 Pro from G2A website. If my understanding is inaccurate, please let me know.
For this information, we have to inform you that it is not recommended by Microsoft to make purchases of these softwares as they are not official and genuine versions that are support by Microsoft activation. Microsoft does not have any vendor agreements with G2A or any of it’s resellers and so this in direct conflict to the Microsoft software license agreement since they are not an authorized electronic supplier of genuine Microsoft software. We cannot verify the genuine sales of the G2A third party seller but without authorization from Microsoft they cannot be genuine supplier.
Sincerely, it was a pleasure helping you. If ever you need further assistance please don’t hesitate to send us an email and we will be more than happy to help you.
Thank you for contacting Microsoft. Have a nice day!
Regards,
Rizky

They are out of region pricing at the best case scenario, which is still NOT okay. Just because you want a $120 product for $20 doesn't magically make it okay.

Depends. It's a marketplace, but due directly to places like G2A, games are usually region locked, which is an anti-consumer practice. Sometimes you'll get games bought under previous discounts, sometimes you'll still get out of region pricing but it'll be form the EU instead of India. There have been several instances of keys purchased with credit card fraud. Basically, if you want to be 100% legit, I'd stay away from these grey market resellers entirely. Here's a bit TotalBiscuit did on them for games:

Okay, so I'm going to believe your "well I did it and it worked" over TB and a mountain of evidence? Quit trying to justify your shady and unethical choices.

But surely with the G2A Shield if the key did not work I would get my money back?
