Defective Intel Core i3-4170T or Not?

I have a HP All-In-One(http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04721856) that has been having problems with the display driver. It seems to be any time I try to do multiple things at once that is begins to crash or stop working and I believe it could be the CPU but i'm not sure since all i'm using is the integrated graphics. If anyone knows or has had this problem and might have a solution I would appreciate it.

Have you tried updating the Intel HD Graphics Drivers? Or if you're on the latest version, have you tried rolling back to older drivers for stability?

Also, I'd recommend launching MSI Afterburner and keeping an eye on CPU and iGPU usage, just in case.
