Microsoft office key?

I recently bought a pre-made pc from cyberpower UK.  I paid to have office installed which they did, but it's telling me it needs activating. When I try using my phone number or email address to log in it doesn't work and I haven't had a product key off them. I didn't even get a office installation cd. What would the best way be to get it activated
