Logitech G710+

I have recently bought this new keyboard and my number two cap is broken and i would just like to know if you know any were to get a new one or can i just write to Logitech them self?

If you recently bought it you should still have manufacture warrenty

Try and calling them they might send you them for free

A user just this morning talked about trying to RMA a G710+, and Logitech sent them a new G810 instead since they don't make the G710 series anymore. Maybe they'll send you one of the G610's?

No it was from another person but can i just contact Logitech and pay for it?

I don't think so.

You might be able to buy a new keycap but I'm not sure.

Wait. They discontinued the g710+? I was waiting to RMA mine (numpad . doesn't function anymore.) and I'm not too fond of the 610. :<

u can buy a set of key caps on logitechs site or use any generic cherry mx keycap I beleive

Just call logitech they will send you one  their customer support is top notch.

The G610 is (for the most part) a G710. Other than the shape has become that of the G810. The switches are Cherry and the backlighting is white. I guess it doesn't have dedicated macro keys, though. I'm sure if they have some G710+'s left over they'll send you one.

start a RMA with them, odds are they will ask to take a picture of the serial number with your RMA number, then sent it back to them.

when i RMA'ed my g602 thats what i had to do.
