its very CPU intensive. try raising your settings to offload some load onto the GPU, that might help. there are a few good guides detailing how each setting affects performance, use those to balance cpu-gpu load.

 

also a 6300 isn't a lot, so don't expect too much

Arma 3 is mostly single threaded. It only really runs well on a very modern and high end Intel CPU, that is a Haswell or better and clockspeed matters so at least 4Ghz. Even then you don't reliably see 60 fps, lows are in the 40s. It prefers Nvidia GPUs because of the lower CPU overhead their drivers have as well. So your system really is the worst case for this game and its why the frame rate is kind of awful.

 

People have been campaigning for Bohemia Interactive to fix this for a long time with the series.
