Windows 10 painful startup times...

Hey i have had this on my mind for a while and its why does windows 10 take so long to boot on a HDD? windows 7 takes at least 30 seconds faster before i upgraded to windows 10. I have tried reinstalling windows 10 and no avail.

Any suggestions?

Clean up your startup folder.

Im getting 30 seconds LESS than windows 7 (40 seconds vs 12) this is with my hard drive slowing down from 190mb/s to 150mb/s

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

msconfig or ctrl+alt+delete startup and see what is causing the problem then deactivate it.

I dont think you get it, the loading circle takes at least 1 minute to dissapear.

ah read the title where you said startup not the text where you mentioned boot.

Is AHCI activated?
