also would Mayhems Pastel - Ice White work with the tubes that come in the kit? with that i mean it won't turn green on me in a week orso

Yes, it has pretty decent components, though I would argue that for the same price or slightly more, you can piece together your own build and have a more custom setup in terms of components and colors. But if you want a kit, you can't go wrong with this one.

Yes that kit is an excellent option and can even allow for further expansion with rads and GPU's later on if desired. In terms of the pastel coolant that stuff will not have any issues if you were to use that coolant instead of the included clear fluid.
