iPhone 4 unlock help

Hi,

my classmate asked me if I can help him. She bought an iPhone 4 from second hand lately. Something happend with it and she has give it some repair center (I don't know where and what problem it was). When they gave her the phone it was reseted. Now, she cannot pass through Apple ID screen, because she don't know password of previous owner. She know only his e-mail (if you can help me and you ask for it, I will give it to you), and he don't respond to her. The question is: Can you help me? I really want to solve her problem.

that previous owner deserves to get thrown into the sea if he doesnt respond on purpose

 

anyway that phone is probably not gonna get unlocked unless the previous owner gives you the passcode

try giving the previous owner a day or two, not everyone reads their email everyday lol

ask the FBI but make sure you have a waterproof case

The previous owner did not remove their iCloud account. You will have to remove the account with their password. That is the only way. You either return it or get there password. Or ask the Israelites or FBI lol.
