What is the use of the computer?

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

If your budget allows, get an intel cpu. Preferabally an i5 if you can afford it.

I would see if you could get an i3 at least.  An i5 would be preferable.  A cheap option and the absolute least I would do is getting an Athlon X4 860k and a new motherboard.

i5-4690k@4.5GHz || MSI GTX 970 || MSI z97 Gaming 5 || NZXT Kraken x61 || WD Black 1TB || Crucial MX100 || 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro || Corsair RM750 || NZXT H440 || Corsair k70 RGB mx browns || Acer H236HL || ViewSonic VX2255wm-4

Just be mindful that if you do go with the 860K, you need an FM2+ motherboard. Meaning you need a new motherboard since your motherboard is most likely an AM3 socket.

No need to over clock it for the games you play - https://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-fd8300wmhkbox

Only $110 super cheap

Cheap Mobo - https://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-970mpro3

Only $50 and has alll the ports you'll need

i have a mobo that can use literally every AMD cpu, like FX, Athlon (i think) and Phenom
