cpu voltage question

so im in the middle of bumping up my oc cause i weant to start streaming and my current 4.1 oc isnt holding up and the stream is choppy... so im going to try for 4.5ghz but so far im at 4.2 and i want to keep the voltage as low as i can so i set the max to 1.118 in the bios, im doing a aida64 stress right now and its saying my voltage is at 1.128 volts while cpu z says its running 1.116 volts  which program do i trust here ?    and will overclocking help me out wiuth streaming at all ?

 

btw for those who cant see my sig im overclocking an i5-4690k on a 212 evo   temps are stable maxing out at 60 degrees on the hottest core

Cpu shows VID, the voltage the cpu is asking, but not the real voltage going through it. And bumping to 4.5GHz won't helpto get a smoother experience while streaming. Moving to an i7 would be the solution.

moving to the i7 isnt an option since i dont have 600$ laying around for an upgrade at the moment, im planning a new system for next spring and ill be getting an i7 then so im just trying to do what i can for now

Well, then you will have to deal with that choppiness or stop streaming, because that 4.5GHz won't solve it and your cooler is not good enough for a higher OC.

bumped the stream down to 720p 60 and its alot better, open world games are the killer tho  if i run fps games ill be fine
