looking for medium sized touchscreen

so im planning a project with a raspberry pi and doing a kinda doomsday pc in an ammo tin being powered by high capacity power banks.. so what im looking for a is touchscreen preferably that way i dont need a small keyboard.. that will fit in a 5.5inch by 10 inch space. i found the raspberri pi screen thats 7 inches which is great but its very low res and expensive for being such low res.. looking for something that can be powered by usb can connect through hdmi or usb or the raspbery pi screen interface thing, around 720p and not stupid expensive. is there anything like this or am i looking for a unicorn right now ?

To be honest, something like a linx 7" windows tablet would probably be more suitable for what you wanna do, no hassle with finding a screen, it's a full package...in the UK they are 55 quid a pop (twice the price of a raspberry pi and that's the price on amazon) plus it can be powered off battery banks so yea...probably isn't going to be helpful but to me that just seems like a more suitable idea

ya thats pretty much what i want, hopefully there higher res models go back in stock
