Cryorig H7

Does anyone have any opinions on the Cryorig H7 cooler? Someone else on these fourms reccomended it to me. It will be cooling an AMD FX-8300 hopefully overclocked to just under or at 4 ghz. It seems to be a nice cooler but just wanted some opinions from others. Thanks in advance!

It's a Hyper 212 EVO with amazing looks.

Quieter and smaller than a 212 EVO. Looks better. A little pricier, but performance is on par. I love the H7 and wouldn't consider a 212 EVO under any circumstances. The EVO is a good cooler, but the H7 is superior.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

I heard the 212 Evo was louder. I also like the RAM clearance. Thanks again. Does anyone think it could handle an overclock like that?

You forgott the biggest specification: How much cpu cooler height has your pc case at maximum? Are you interested in the H7 universal or ultimate?

 

I considered myself buying the H7 unisersal cooler, because my case only supports fans up to 162mm. I am now leaning towards the Thermalright Macho x2 but i am not 100% sure.

Pretty sure you're thinking of the H5, not the H7. H7 only stands 145mm tall and has no Ultimate variant.

Using the NZXT S340. Plenty of space.
