Windows 8.1 issues.

I recently downgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 8.1, since 10 was a buggy mess for me.

I have a few issues with 8.1 that I'm unsure how to fix.

 

1. The Steam program, looks like it needs vsync? Really weird, but like if I'm scrolling through activity or the store, I can see the vsync lines...

2. When I put my mouse on a program on my taskbar, then move my mouse over the program so I can "peek view" it, and move my mouse a tiny bit, the task bar goes away for a sec and comes back and it's really annoying.

3. The Windows 8 feature where you can grab the corner of your desktop to drag it around to have an app open on the side of it. Is there a way I can disable this?

You should do a clean install, downgrades/upgrades are awful.
