Screen turns green/pink while gaming

thunderboiz

Hi guys I am new in this forum and I have an issue.

So when I run Dota2, while playing my screen would occasionally turn green/pink and I have to hold the power button to turn off the computer then on again. I was wondering if anyone here could shed light on this issue

My humble rig:

i5-4440

8x1 gb ram

GTX750ti

1tb HDD

motherboard: ASROCK H87M PRO4

Like the other guy said, probably a GPU issue, reinstall drivers. If that doesn't work you might have a dying GPU on your hands.

Have you put any stress on your GPU. I think my friend had the same problem because his hit over 100 degrees Celsius which fried it.

  • 1 year later...

Hi everyone.

I know this post is quiet old, but this discussion is timeless.

Recently a friend of mine ask my help because her GTA 5 was green, then pink, and finally was purple...

We was looking for some solution, and he realized that in the Graphics Options the frequency was in 24 Hz instead 60... (yeah, that is the hate of her screen).

He setup at the right valeu and voila, all get back normal.
