You were trying to execute a program, right? Which means you should either troubleshoot with the developer or just reinstall it. Or if you have time go about google the various error codes or messages in respect to mono or the program.

Program where running for 5 days before this happened

hmm, well without researching the listed error codes or debug codes the message was pretty vague. If i'm not mistaken gdb and mono aren't specific to any one program so my guess would be rocketlauncher or whatever program you were running just hit a corrupt bit of data(pun). If it doesn't restart I would hit up google or duckduckgo with combinations of the error codes and programs.

Was an update, Downloaded it started and it doesent start as normaly, Here is the log file http://pastebin.com/MGCQUf00

My guess would be a metaphorical missed electron, it didn't download correctly. Which goes back to reinstall(maybe even just re-run the update command) or if you can retreat back to the last version.

Have tryed that :/ And I cannot retreat :( Guess I'll be waiting for a update

You should be able to, just uninstall the program, I'm guessing steam, go to their page or the repository page and look for the previous version or archives and install it manually or with a package manager. I love sudo apt-get install as much as the next guy but somethings require knuckle work lol
