Thats probably the best your going to get for US$500. Feel free to change the GPU for an AMD 380. It performs very slightly better in some games but worse in others. (Im sure someone will be along to shout about how overpriced nvidia are blah blah)

Nah with a i3 the 960 isn't as bad compared with R9 380, sometimes it is even the better choice, but with a i5 it gets beaten easily.

Haha, everytime I suggest a nvidia card on here people turn up to shout me down lol. I just genuinely prefer the chip. A couple of fps lost in a couple of games vs shadowplay, 40% more efficient, frequent gameready drivers(AMD might have changed in this respect) & The numerous options nvidia allows you to use for gameworks games.

Wow since when did the GTX 960 become that cheap? It even has 4 GB of GDDR5 VRAM I mean it's only 34$ more than the GTX 750 and it's almost double the performance! Nice work on finding that I would've bought the GTX 960 for 500$ and be very happy with it xD

game-ready drivers that get beat by drivers months old

GET DUNKED ON (I can't login to my imgur right now to get the "get dunked on" pic)

The 960 is good, but not a great value when in newer titles the 380 is ahead. Older ones, too.

I used to be quite active here.
