I just don't even know how you would do this much damage. Was the card in a car that was in an accident?

I've seen this sort of thing before from complete built PC's being sold with huge CPU heatsinks in that come lose in the post.

Stuff I try to use;

AMD FX 8350 4.3Ghz, Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 Motherboard, 2x Asus HD6850, 8BG Kingston Hyper X RAM, Hyper X 120Gb SSD, Corsair GS800 PSU, Cooler Master HAF922 Case and my branes.

I would buy that, just so I could walk up to a guy in australia  waiting for the gtx 200 series to come out finally. Show him the card and say

 

This is garbage to us...
