SSD Space Help Needed

Basically i am asking how to remove files off an SSD.

 

Main Problem:

I built my PC about a month and a bit ago, and ive now found out everything ive downloaded and installed has been going to my SSD. Now i have a full SSD and dont know what to do. Currently i have all my steam games, my OS, my main anti-virus, and a few other things like Geforce Experience all on my SSD and dont know what to do to make space or to just simply get rid of the uneeded files for this drive. All i want now on this drive is just my OS, that is it. Can Anyone PLEASE help.

Things Ive Tried:

Earlier, i heard you can move games by uninstalling them and reinstalling them in a new folder in your other drive, but when i tried moving the game to my HDD, i got a message saying how i cant because it is the drive root (i have no clue what this means).

 

Any and all help is appreciated.
