Display was just an old dell 1080p monitor that i have been using for a while now with no problems

This is a pretty decent build for your budget http://pcpartpicker.com/p/svsNXL you cant get windows of Kingun.com for around 30 dollars. Just have to have another computer to download windows onto, so you can put it into a bootable usb and boot your computer. Or you could get Ubuntu Linux if wanted.

Very good.. You could then go to Kingun.com and get windows for around $30 dollars. So it would only be around $10 over the budget.
