So to keep it short and sweet: I wanted to liquid cool a Lian Li Test Bench inside a bitfenix Prodigy case. My question is: can it be done or will the test bench not even fit.

There isn't as much watercooling capability in the Prodigy M as the normal Prodigy

Not even fit in it. You would need to cut it out of few brakets to leave only 2 of them. Also you could try to fit it that they would go out on side panel. Either way youd have to destroy the test bench, the case or both. Thats if we talk about normal ATX size test bench. If you want to add mITX test bench then it the same as motherboard tray in Prodigy itself.
