Youtube toolbar look

So I was looking up videos about Scotland for no good reason and apparently this one youtube channel had it where the bottom bar on all their videos is an older style YouTube used to have. How is this possible? I'm pretty sure something like that is not channel controlled. I tried it in 2 different browsers too, same thing. It's weird.
