AT2020 XLR Audio setup

So Windows 10 screwed me on my Rode Podcaster and rendered it literally useless so now I'm looking at an AT2020 XLR instead. I don't know anything about DACs or AMPs, what should I get if I wanted to go on the cheap side but still want a soundboard?

EDIT: And something that I also can plug my headphones in.

Google "Rode Podcaster Windows 10", you'll find loads of issues.

What your after is a audio interface give it a google and you should be on your way.
