Hi, I'm building my friend a pc and its going to be for editing(pictures and videos) and light gaming. I wasn't so sure about the GPU so far this is what i got. Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced c:

also I'm trying to keep it less than $900.

yes the 960 is a gpu 

a 380 would probably be better

For editing that looks good to me actually. The 960 4 GB isn't too overpowered but is modern enough and has ample VRAM.

 

EDIT: Don't use that PSU though.

You are safe with most Gold+. Personally I prefer EVGA, and even their Bronze is better than a lot of budget PSU's out there. The Corsair CX series is not recommended by most PC builders.

What build do you have in mind then? 

because to go to an i5 i would have to change mobo.

Something like i5 4460 ... it cost around 170€

Z87 pro 4 motherboard can be found for like 85€

Sounds good to me but I'll let my friend decide on what he wants to go for.

He'll probably end up with AMD
