2 Wireless routers with same SSID?

Hi, I have a technicolor and a powerline wireless kit in order to have strong wireless signal in all corners of my house.

But i would like to know if is possible to have both wirless routers with the same SSID, so i wouldn't  need to change to another router everytime time i move from one room (closer to one router) to another room (closer to the other router).
