FPs Dips

Hi guys so I've got an annoying problem. Every since I updated to Windows 10 in Cs:Go I've been getting fps dips every couple of seconds at the start of the game. Any solutions on how to fix this?

I would but Idk where to find it as the one I'm currently on is a prebuilt hp desktop from Bestbuy

I fixed it some how though I was messing with the video settings a bit and its completely stopped now
