Hi, I'm going to be building a pc, it will have either an asus x99 deluxe (atx) or asus rampage 5, an i7 5930k (or I'll wait for broadwell-e), 2 gtx 980 ti's and future proof for a 3rd unless a new gpu comes out (before u go: why the fuck u use 3gpus noob only 2 fps difference, I already know.) I am planning to liquid cool the gpu with an h100i or h110i, and liquid cool the gpus because I'd rather play it safe, and maybe when I get the build if it has terrible temp's I'll experiment with my current pc. There isn't a small price range, as long as its reasonable and not like $600 for a case. Now, will the 760t work well and cool it right? Is a 750d a good choice? is the cooler master stryker good or the nzxt phantom 820? And is the 900d too big and rather good for a fish tank?

The PSU will be a corsair h1200i, the mobo will be atx or etx, and the gpu size is  10.59" x 5.51, the problem is I want a  case that will run good with air cooling, because I'm not familiar with watercooling at all, and will test it on my old pc first, over anything.

Liquid cooling GPUs with AIOs to "play it safe" might not be the best idea ever though, especially if you plan to have 3 cards at some point. A custom watercooling solution using asus poseidon cards would probably be better, you'll struggle to find space for 4 240mm radiators in any case.

Honestly if I wasn't going to go with the Parvum L1.0 for my build I would have chosen either the Corsair carbide air 540 http://www.corsair.com/en/carbide-series-air-540-high-airflow-atx-cube-case Great case and it has options for both air and water-cooling. It features a dual chamber design and much tool less installation so it is easy to both work in it and to cable manage (Linus has done a review on it as well, look it up if you want to). And the second case I would get is the Phanteks Enthoo Primo; http://www.phanteks.com/Enthoo-Primo.html It has a truly amazing build quality and very good water-cooling support (it is also a work of art).

A full custom water-cooling loop for what? CPU or GPU or both? Take one thing at a time. Decide what components you're going to choose. Then what case and then if you want to either install air cooling for the CPU or GPU or AIOs or even build a custom loop.

Also if I were you I would wait buying the GPUs there will be new soon and three cards isn't really optimal

I don't think there is a "safe" way to put together a watercooling loop, air cooling is probably your best choice and unless you plan on overclocking massively the standard coolers will do just fine in most cases.
