Go get used fx series, and also I would upgrade case and would look to into ditching DVD drive, and most important part don't get evga 960. I would get msi or asus

Well I've never heard/seen or watched any benchmarks of that video. But that's one game that takes advantage of RAM. But like I said, he's on a budget.

Case is fine, used it for a build before. Dvd drive was ditched but didnt register, 960 is a good card but upgrading to a  R9 280

No, do not go with AMD processors, until their new architecture (maybe). Their price to performance ratio is not good because their FX cores are not strong enough for modern games.

Also you could get an 8320E build for around 500 if you really don't want an i3 for whatever reason

Wrong more cores will run modern games fine! Not at 144fps but fine for 60fps!

Incorrect. Just because you have more cores doesn't mean you'll have more fps. It's all about CPU architecture, AMD uses a very old piledriver (or bulldozer) chipset on their FX series processors, that are 32nm chips. Their architecture is from four years ago, while intel's is updated. It's why intel lower end CPU's par or do better than most of AMD's CPU's

Just because most games are not optimized for more cores, in other words optimized for Intel...
