That's fine, it just means that the game is more heavy on using the GPU(I think, never played Bioshock infinite). I wouldn't worry about it.

Yes it's fine.  You WANT it to use as much as possible, that way you know the game actually needs all that power and you're fully utilizing your GPU.

its not a problem. although i might drop a couple frames maybe turning down the settings a bit

use vsync for gaming

If you have 60Hz monitor, there is no reason to have more than 60 fps.

 

only time I have disabled vsync is for benchmarking purposes.

 

So for gaming I suggest you to use vsync and your GPU load will drop from 100% + you won't loose any performance.

I have 60Hz monitor and when I have vsync disabled, I get over 140fps in some games, and I can acctually see some kind of lagg and graphic issues with shattering etc. When I set to to 60 fps limit with vsync, everything is working smooth + GPU isn't that stressed.

 

If you have less than 60fps and 100% GPU ... well then vsync won't help anything xD
