Yeah, go to your order history and cancel it.

If it has already left Newegg's warehouse and you're unable to cancel it, call Newegg and notify them that you bought the wrong item and you will be refusing delivery.

If you can't decline delivery in person, leave a note at your door with your signature and name clearly printed stating that you decline any package delivery within the specified window of delivery. If they still leave the package at your doorstep, call the shipper and tell them that you refuse the package and they will return for it. The shipper will send it back to Newegg and you'll get refunded. I'm not sure if restocking fees and delivery price is factored into this.

I bought a gpu for 120$ 2 hours ago from new egg... can i somehow cancel it and get the money back?

 

Why would you cancel that 7790? you'll be fine just dont plug it in until you get the bigger PSU/case i told you about x)

 

You said you will have 100$ to spend next week, just buy them then.

So... If Jesus had the gold, would he buy himself out instead of waiting 3 days for the respawn?

If you ordered it 2-3 hours ago I wouldn't expect it to have shipped yet...  New orders wouldn't get processed so quickly at the end of the day like that.

 

Are you sure you can't cancel the order?

 

Worst case scenario, you can just return it once you get it; I assume they'll accept a return if the item is unopened.

Just return it after it ships if you can't cancel it.  As long as it is unopened and unused, you should get a full refund.  Maybe not the shipping costs, but we have to learn from our mistakes, right?
