true, I have a small Acer W4, little 8" Atom Z3xxx series Windows tablet. 

 

Runs CSGO at lowest 1024x768 at 45FPS using nothing but a 4W CPU and a dated IGP

IKR  My rig can keep it above 80 in low action situations and above 40-50 when I'm right in the action and my processor is from 2009 (I think)
