Thanks for the reply.

If the reason is only for cleaning up some space then it won't bother me. (i have enough storage space for that) lol

I just don't want the computer to run with problems because of nvidia driver not uninstalled while running AMD card.

Most definitely. Here's what i'd do - use DDU to uninstall your Nvidia drivers, then shut your rig down. Swap the cards, then fire your PC back up, then download & install the latest AMD Crimson drivers.

I myself have never had an issue with it, using both graphics drivers on one of my old computers(I switch our graphics cards on it quite a bit).

It probably is a good idea to do though, even if it is just to clear space.

Here is the problem, i used DDU to uninstalled nvidia drivers, installed the AMD GPU, fire PC back up.

and when i go to AMD site and click download, nothing happened. The download does not begin. NO download screen shows up.

i am kinda lost ... lol

(i tried the same, going to nvidia website, trying to download a driver, NO download screen shows up)

*Drivers won't start download*

I personally don't use Nvidia or AMD's auto detect driver thing. I look up the one i need, manually. Presuming you're using Windows 10 x64, then this is the version you want.

I did not use auto-detect.

I manually click on "download", but nothing will start the download.

for some reason, it won't begin.

You must be using some form of adblocker then i guess? Try using Microsoft Edge, just to download the drivers.
