Which of these should i get?

Ok my current motherboard is dying,i have no idea how much longer it is going to last,and replacement boards are too much,also they are on ebay,and don't have a working paypal accound,and i have tried and can't fix it.

 

I am in the middle of trying to sell some stuff, to pay for something to replace it and my CPU. Also a bill went through my bank account eariler than it should of my my account is overdrafted(next paycheck in 4 days will cover it).

So can't order online.

 

I do plan on gaming,but also getting into video editing and a lot of other things playing around with new things teaching myself more stuff.

 

I plan to check my local Fry's to see if i can find any decent deals in my price range,but if there is nothing decent there are a few posts on my local craigslist that caught my eye,and am wondering which you guys think would be best for me.

I will say the spare parts i already have 16gb of ddr3,a 500w and a 600w PSU,Antec mid tower case,r9 270x and 3 HDD's.

 

Ok the first post is also the cheapest,BUT  it is the farthest away and the hardest for me to get to.

I like this one because MOAR CORES lol,but the low clock speeds worry me,and it would leave little room for upgrades.

Hopefully around 500 if all goes well,at worst as little as $200,but if i am only stuck with $200 i may just end up staying with my dying mobo until it give out,which could be in day weeks or months lol.....
