Things to do on PC when bored

Hey guys, i am so bored right now. I have torn a ligament in my ankle, so can't play sports or go mountain/motorbike riding, so i need ideas what to do on my PC. I have photoshop and sony vegas. I tried game developing but it's wayyy too hard for me to do, and i don't have the patience. And yes i have played games like bf4 and stuff, but i am getting bored of that.

Start a twich stream and let view decide
