In the market for a new case and I have my eye on the Corsair 750D, wondering if anyone ever bought anything refurbished from Corsair? The case is only 109$ refurbished but if it's going to be all scratched up or dented I will just buy it new. Thanks.

welcome to the forums! :D

are you looking for case suggestions?

if so, maybe you can post your system specs so we know what to recommend?

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Guess I could do that,

CPU -  I7-5820K Over clocked to 4.4

Corsair H100i  on CPU

GPU -  1 EVGA GTX 980TI planning on buying second one in a couple months.

RAM -  G.Skill 32gb 4 8gb sticks.

MOBO -  ASUS X99-A

HD -  2 Samsung 850 evo 500gb ssd's, 1 4tb Western digital mechanical HD.

Fans -  currently 5 thermaltake riing 12 series sp fans.

Forget what make my PSU is but it's 1100 watt semi modular.

Currently sitting in a aerocool midtower case, would like to move it into a full tower case so I have more room to water cool it after I get the other GPU.

i think with refurbished you might be safer than the open box or  scratch and dent models  but still theres gonna be something they had it sent back for they had to  fix it for (chances are more than likely a fan  bad   or IO  wasnt working, then they fix it. I'm not saying  risk it just saying  i think ,, and  only ,,, think... you'd be ok buying a refurb from them ,,,

LOL, I was just not gonna borther reading your post and say just get a 750d, but it looks like you're already planning to do that. I own a 750d, I had the non-airflow edition and just recently bought the front grill that the airflow edition comes with. All i can say is that, this is the best case I've literally ever owned. I don't think I even need to ever ever upgrade my case, its just so dam good and soooooo easssyyy to build in. When someone asks me what case to get, I don't even borther to think and just tell them to get the 750d.

Yea that's what I am looking at doing also to save a few bucks. Can't decide if I should save a few more bucks and get a refurbished one from Corsair or just buy a new one from Amazon for 30$ more. Will most likely just buy the new one, thanks for the reply.
