300$ budget "studio" build

PaNdRaGoN

I am about to by some monitor speakers, a sound card, maybe an amplifier with some new headphones and later a mic. Any suggestions about good budget monitor speakers and a sound card?? After those, I can spend the rest of the money to rest.

Don't have time to go looking up specific models, but I highly recommend budget monitors from Viewsonic. Got a pair of VX2370Smh-LED monitors 3 years ago and haven't had any complaints.

Core i5 3570k | Nvidia GTX1070 | 16GB Corsair Vengeance | Samsung 850 EVO SSDs | Noctua fans FTW!

Why are people talking about display monitors?

I'd get...

PB42X - Powered Monitor Speakers

NVX XPT100 - Headphones

Probably won't need a sound-card or amp/DAC for either of them.

Theres a surprisingly good mic at radio shack for $30 in my area (was $10 about 3 years ago) it can pick up audio from a distance pretty well, if thats something you want.

Thank you for your replies. I really like those headphones and that's exactly the type of mic I am looking for :)
