terrible pc from best buy

my mom (which has nearly no knowledge about pcs) went to best buy ~3 years ago to get a new computer. now this computer is starting to crap the bed. so i need help "convincing" her it was a terrible choice

you're right on the dot. i could build one that does double what that could do for the same price. but 3 years ago. prices would have been different

Yeah, I get older used computers and tune them up for my folks. do that every couple of years and they're happy. only around 100 per upgrade.
