How to see my clock speed.

I just OC-Genied my CPU. Its an i7-4790k (What is the default clock speed, I've read its 4.0GHz but it sounds too good to be true)

So as I mentioned above, i've just OC-Genied it and all is going well. But I'd like to know what the clock speed is running at now.

Also the CPU is now running fluctuating at around 39-50. It is using a Cryorig A40 Hybrid Cooler to cool it. It usually fluctuates quite a bit but usually never over 50C when pretty much idling.

Anyway, my basic question is; how do I know my clock speed. (And why is my temperature fluctuating so much)

default clock speed of the i7-4790k is 4.0 Ghz :)

and the oc genie OCs it to 4.4

but i've tried oc genie and it puts an unneccesary amount of voltage on your cpu, you can get away with less voltage if you manually overclock :)

Doesn't the OC Genie depend on my motherboard is?

Also, any ideas about the temperatureS?

You can find the frequency in the BIOS as well

Don't forget to "Quote" when replying so we can see it.

I'd use CPU-Z for clock speed and voltage, but I'm sure there are other programs that do the same thing.
