Problems all around

Today I uninstalled some drivers and did a complete clean reinstall of windows and i am having some problems. Now i can't use it because I need a username ans pasword(?). HALP

What mail/pass did you use when setting up the windows install? Also, you've mentioned you need username. I don't understand this language, but I'm pretty sure it's asking for a full mail address, not just username.

Try to log in with whatever you typed during setup or with your Microsoft Account. Or leave the fields blank. And please, PLEASE, correct that terrible lowercase surname or whatever you have.
