1. Ensure that your USB drive is correctly formatted. Go back to the MS website and download the iso instead of using the create bootable USB drive option. Once you have the iso use Rufus to create a bootable drive. FAT32/NTFS does not matter, just make sure that under the drop down list in Rufus you choose MBR for BIOS. Format the disk.
2. Ensure that your HDD is set to IDE mode not AHCI.
3. Profit!
