Can I install Office on a second computer if I uninstall it on the first one?

The way it works with Windows product keys is that you can activate the key multiple times as long as it's only on one machine at a time. Is this true for Office Professional 2007?

I'm not sure, maybe if it's linked to a microsoft account and you can remove it from it's current pc? That's how the newer ones are now anyway.

I am a paid professional, but only when I am at work...and getting paid.

I don't think the key is linked to any MS account.

The Office licenses started to be linked to a Microsoft live ID account starting the 2010 versions, however you can get a back up and license transfer just contact Microsoft, as long as you have the product key or prove of purchase

You can as well go to office.com/backup

okay, see if you can register it to a ms account you own and if it will give you any options. Other wise you'll have to call microsoft and ask them to help you switch it.
