GPU Clock Issues

Why is my GPU set to 1190Mhz in afterburner but afterburner is only reading 1150Mhz, along with GPU-Z and the Heaven Benchmark only reading 1150Mhz. It is a MSI R9 270X Hawk that isnt going above 70 degrees. And my Heaven score is higher that before too.

 

Breaking things 1 day at a time

so all the programs are reading the same clocks, however you get higher scores in benchmarks?
