PSU upgrade

I've been using a 500W PSU from Delta for my current system (in signature), which came in a pre-built system that I'm using all the parts from except motherboard and case (because both were awful). The PSU has been making a high pitched humming noise recently which is not super loud but quite irritating. It used to only show up under load and now I can hear it almost all the time, suggesting that the fan or something else in there is starting to go bad. I'd like to replace it, but I'm on a bit of a budget. What would your recommendations be for a supply that can run my current system and a bit extra for future upgrades, and is at least semi-modular (preferably fully modular) for $70 US or less? Thanks.

EVGA SuperNova G2 or GS 550w, they're about as cheap as "tier 1" PSUs get.

What about an EVGA SuperNova 750 B2? That's right at the tip of my price range.

Pay the extra $10 over your $70 budget and get a SuperNova GS 650w, it's currently $79.99 on Amazon US; a few cents cheaper than its 550w sibling.
