Windows 10 activation

I recently built my own PC and I tried to carry over my copy of windows 10. It was a fresh install on a new SSD but the activation does not work not the new one, is there any way to deactivate it on one of the computers and then activate it on my current one?

Yep, I had the same situation. Call their support on a smartphone and they'll text you a link to a page where you fill in some numbers from the "register Windows" screen and you're good to go. At least this was my experience when I changed out the motherboard in an Asus pre-built and Windows freaked out saying I had 2 computers using my license.
