If prices are close, I'd go with the beQuiet! Pure Rock in your situation, assuming you want to work on a budget. Easy to install, performs on the same level as the 212 EVO or H7, but is the quietest of the three at most loads.

 

If prices are not close, I'd go H7 (for size and looks), then 212 EVO (for availability). IMO, the days of the 212 EVO being the first and best choice are over. There are other coolers out there that perform about as well while making less noise and being more compact, but the EVO is generally the cheapest around.

...that one is failed by almost every Noctua product. They make up for it with awesome quality, though.

 

In that case, have a look at the Phanteks PH-TC14PE.

 

It's almost identical to the NH-D15's smaller brother, the NH-D14. Same excellent mounting system, same excellent cooling. However, it comes with two 140mm fans instead of a 140mm and 120mm one, which combined can cause some undesirable sound. Best of all, it comes in a variety of colors!
