freeze on splash screen when hdd is plugged in

Hey there ! So when i resized my HDD partition and turn off the pc when i try to turn it on it freeze on asrock splash screen and i can't acceses bios or do anything when i unplug my hdd the pc boot , I've tried my HDD on another rig and it work perfectly ... I've changed the SATA cable that didn't solve the problem also reseted my CMOS with Jumper so many times and that didn't solve my problem either i also tried to reset the DMI by unplugin the RAM HDD AND GPU and turning the pc on for a while and plugged everything back but still it didn't work ... i have no clue what to do next to fix  it ..

 

Note : Other HDD work on My Rig and My HDD work on other Rigs but my rig doesn't boot when my HDD is plugged

 

 

my MB is asrock z87 killer , HDD is seagate 4tb
