Will my 4590 bottleneck polaris/pascal?

Title of thread. I got a 4590 and 32 gigs of ram from my friend for cheap so I built a rig. Will this cpu bottleneck anything soon?

most probably not

MOST PROBABLY, we wont know until its released

but most probably not (like 99% chance it wont bottleneck)

I don't think we can say anything for sure since they haven't been released yet

You know how it is, the cow goes "moo", the dog goes "woof" and the gamer goes "The PvP is unbalanced."

Plus DX12 is coming so that should help anyways.

No.

Polaris/Pascal isn't going to do anything crazy on the lower end, other than good performance/watt. They are not going to release a 1060 that beats the 980ti, or a 480 that beats the Fury X. It will be a bump in performance like every other generation over the past many years. The high end, yes, but on the low end no.

or it's just crossfire scaling poorly

As @Kobathor said yes, it won't be a huge jump in performance. Most likely we will just see one lineup above right now (Fury/FuryX or 980 ti level performance will become the "second tier") so we would get 980 ti performance from possibly a 1080 or 1070. I would be really surprised if we were to get Fury X/980 ti performance from a gtx 1060/r9 480x.

My guess is it will just all move down one tier, and we will get some extra efficiency as an added bonus.
