Yo yo yo,

My Strix 970 is sagging a little, it's not bad at all, I just wanted to know if you guys have any good solutions?

I currently have the 'saggy' end connected to the roof of my case via a line of interlinked cable ties. It's safe and reduces sag, but is not very attractive.

Cheers,

LordPugIII.

Make sure the graphics card is inside the case and motherboard properly to see if there is a loose connection and make sure everything is tight. If there is a problem consisting you can try to work with different objects to lift it up. As of the videos on LTT the cable management and items in a case will not affect the user too much in terms of heat.

I think cooler master or someone makes "GPU stands"

Good luck finding something, it's such a niche issue so a good looking solution might be difficult to find

Thank you all for your support, I really appreciate it.

I'm sure I will find a solution. And Vezzeract, I've checked, and everything is tight.

The Strix 970 is a beefy card, I know it's not the beefiest but it still weigh's like 3kg xD

I am saying "Say no to cable management" it is useless and it does not matter if it tight or loose because it won't change temperatures by a digit.

My cable management is pretty much pristine, but I will have a mess around and see what I come up with.

I will be sure to let you guys know :D

fishing line or 6-pin cables (personally i use black nylon twine) tied to the top of your case or legos, chopsticks, pen, etc under it.

If you really want to be fabulous, go for something like this:

I gotta make a banner or something for this...

Get some fishing line, tie it to the top right of your card somehow, and then tether it to the top of the case through a fan grille or something. just make it the line taught enough so that it keeps your GPU from sagging.

For example:

Solved

While not the most economical solution, it will definitely fix your GPU sag issue.

Alternatively, @byalexandr probably has the best solution.
