GTA V won't start up on PS3

Zefues

Hey, I really need to get something fixed. I have a huge online account (10 mil, lvl 121) and I wasn't able to access it since a couple of months. I just found out I really wanted to play some GTA V and I tried to start it, the first time it worked but I only get 5 minutes of gameplay before it crashes, this happened a couple of times. I never had 10+ minutes of gameplay. And now when I click X on the menu screen to start GTA V, it just starts with a black screen; I can't do anything. I tried cleaning the discs, removing the saves and I re-installed it a couple of times. I really want to get this fixed. Thank you.

I also have a PC, but I also enjoy playing the console. There is no physical damage to the disc, looks clean.

Yes, it's only this game.

Since the PS3 uses blu rays and those dont get scratched as easily as DVD's or CD's, I dont think that is the problem (plus if something is up with the disc on a PS3 game, the console will go to a black screen with text saying there is something up with the disc)

Is your PS3 very loud or sitting in a space where it doesn't really get fresh air? The PS3 does overheat when it is very hot inside a room or if it just cant get enough ventilation

I have it under a desk. Would it change anything if I put it next to my monitor?

My PS3 ultraslim used to overheat in the summer because it was in a space with almost no airflow or space for it to breath, so I would recommend it to you.
