Sorry Mate i got side tracked from the Dr Who talk.  You Def want the below then .  The Wife has these and loves them.  Its a little over 45 bucks but i mean come on! I get stuck just staring and watching the jets lol

No go with the ones Shear recommended I guarantee you they sound better than those, those speakers seem like a gimmick. You are paying for cool lighting not quality speakers.

I'm sure those look awesome but i can guarantee u whatever Chinese company who makes those doesn't care about sound quality

I don't think at that price range your gonna find anything that sounds too good so i thought why not something interesting,  even the Logitech Selection that i just looked through was rubbish i hope theres a Jewel in the Rough somewhere for you though.

They look like the build quality is better and they look a little more professional

 

They're thinner than the Creative's I mentioned, which is a good sign as to them not being as good.

Necessarily neither, More watts are just going to get them louder most of the time, not improve sound quality, but the db increase is so slight you won't really tell the difference with most speakers, say going from a 10db increase. 

And generally lower db levels mean better base so these two aren't really dependent on each other. I may be wrong to some extent though I don't really dabble too much into speakers, I prefer headphones.

One Day I will make a full Corsair build with a mobo,ram,PSU,Case,Gpu,SSD,HDD,CPU cooler,Fans,OS,Monitor,Headphones,Keyboard,Mouse,Everything by Corsair

No, watts has nothing to do with how a speaker sounds - they throw that spec in there to make people think otherwise.
